Side note: None of these are ranked from worst to best or best to worst. I’ll just be sharing my take on all 3 software on which best suits which industry.
Nicejob
Nicejob is much more ideal for local business owners who don’t have the time to collect and display client testimonials on their site, but at the same time wanting to outrank and outperform their competitors.
Nicejob offers a done-for-you service where they connect your Google My Business account, your preferred review collecting platforms with your Nicejob account.
They write all the SMS and emails campaigns for you, while also building the automations for you.
You could of course do the choice of just purchasing the software all by itself and build all the automations and write the copy, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

This one is for basically anyone looking for an easy-to-use tool that does 2 jobs: Collecting clients testimonials and displaying them on your website.
You can collect and display the following mediums:
- Text
- Video
- YouTube
- Amazon
- Apple podcast
- Apple store (comes in handy for app developers)
- Play store (comes in handy for app developers)
- Slack (just as shocked as you are)
- Product Hunt
You can display the testimonials/ reviews on your website in carousel format or Grid (my personal favorite. I call it that wall of proof).
This is where you go to create and send forms when asking for clients testimonials.
Senja
Now Senja is somewhat similar to Shoutout, but with some more advanced features aimed at simplifying the process of not only collecting and displaying client testimonials on your website, but you can add what are called tags.
These make it easier to categorize Client testimonials based on certain results or that industry your clients falls under if you serve a broad audience.
Senja is basically like a combination of the first two software.
First up you can import client testimonials from more mediums than you can with Shoutout.
