What is ConnectGenie?

ConnectGenie is an AI tool for LinkedIn users that helps them generate personalized connection requests, effective comments, and create compelling job cover letters tailored to the user's profile.

My Networking Strategy on LinkedIn with ConnectGenie

To help you understand how I use ConnectGenie to network on LinkedIn, I'll walk you through everything.

I usually post my content between 12:45 and 13:15, but before I do, I log onto LinkedIn and engage with other creators' posts for about 5 minutes. By doing this, I alert everyone who follows me and with whom I have already networked that I am active, signaling, "Hey, I'm about to drop this value bomb."

After 5 minutes of warming up my account, my post goes live, and that's when I use ConnectGenie.

Now, I'm going to be real with you; I don't always use ConnectGenie to leave comments on other creators' posts. I actually enjoy leaving comments myself because I gain value and knowledge when I read the posts.

So, I advise you not to just leave comments and call it a day; read them and share your own thoughts.

Here’s how I use ConnectGenie:

When I network on LinkedIn, I use two devices: my phone and my laptop. I enjoy sharing my thoughts over my phone, but I use my laptop for easy access to ConnectGenie.

When do I use ConnectGenie?

I use it when I don’t have anything to add to a creator's post or when I don’t quite understand the message of the post. But, knowing that he or she has my ideal audience, I cannot just leave without a comment, and that’s where ConnectGenie comes into play.

I prefer generating comments in casual and humorous tones. I usually get 3x more engagement on my comments with these tones. After an hour of commenting, I start getting 3-7 profile visits within 24 hours, and about 5% convert into followers.

My posts then receive 5x more engagement and 3x the reach (impressions).
